Stewed Mushrooms with Oyster Sauce

Chinese mushroom(s) 90 g
Black moss 10 g (soaked and drained)

Seasonings 1

Water 1.5 L
Panda Brand Oyster Sauce 3 tbsp


Corn starch 1 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Salt 1 /4 tsp

Seasoning Mix

Corn starch 2 tsp
Water 2 tbsp

  1. Mix mushrooms with marinade. Stir-fry mushrooms in 2 tbsp oil until fragrant. Add water and stew on low heat for about 1 1/2 hours or until mushrooms are tender.
  2. Add black moss and Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Oyster Sauce. Cook for 5 more minutes.
  3. Add thickening and cook until sauce thickens.

* Can be served with cooked green vegetables such as lettuce.
