Ingredients

Pork jowl meat 350 g [cut into long strips]
Bell pepper (s) 1 pc [cut into long strips]
Onion(s) 1/2 pc [cut into long strips]


Marinade

Black Pepper Sauce 2 tbsp
Premium Oyster Sauce 1 1/2 tbsp
Pure sesame oil 1 tsp
Chopped Lemon Grass 1/2 tbsp
Black Pepper Sauce 1 1/2 tbsp
Water 6 tbsp
Corn starch 1 tsp
Sugar 1/2 tsp


Directions
  1. Mix pork strips with marinade.
  2. Alternate all ingredients on skewers.
  3. Pan-fry kebabs in 2 tbsp oil until golden yellow and done.  Stir in sauce mix and cook until sauce thickens.
