Kid's Favorite

Cooked rice 350 g
Onion(s) 50 g [chopped]
Ham 50 g [diced]
Green peas 2 tbsp
Egg (s) 3 pcs
Salt 1/4 tsp
Corn starch 1 tsp
Mayonnaise 1 tbsp
Tomato Ketchup 1 tbsp


Premium Oyster Sauce 1 tbsp
Tomato Ketchup 2 tbsp
Black pepper a little

  1. Stir-fry onion in 2 tbsp oil until fragrant. Add cooked rice, ham, green peas, seasoning mix and stir well. Set aside.
  2. Beat eggs with salt and corn starch. Pan-fry half in 2 tsp oil to form an egg sheet. And wrap half fried rice to make an omelet. Repeat and make one more omelet.
  3. Garnish omelets with mayonnaise and Tomato Ketchup.
