Beef fillet/tenderloin 350 g [sliced]
Leek 90 g [sectioned]
Black Pepper Sauce 3 tbsp


Premium Oyster Sauce 1 tbsp
Pure sesame oil 1 tsp
Freshly Minced Garlic 1/2 tbsp
Corn starch 1 tsp

  1. Marinate beef fillet for 15 minutes.
  2. Stir-fry beef fillet in 2 tbsp oil until done. Stir in Lee Kum Kee Black Pepper Sauce and heat through.
