Ingredients
Abalone 250 g [1 pc,canned and drained]
Cooked asparagus or green vegetables [for garnish]
Marinade
Premium Oyster Sauce 2 tbsp
Water 6 tbsp
Corn starch 1 tsp
Directions
- Steam the whole abalone for about 20 minutes until heated through. Take out and put on top of asparagus.
- Heat 1 tbsp oil. Add sauce mix and heat through. Pour over abalone, slice and serve hot.
