Braised Chicken and Mushroom with Oyster Sauce

Boneless Chicken thigh(s) 2 pcs [cut into big cubes]
Chinese mushroom(s) 20 pcs [small]
Water 250 ml


Premium Oyster Sauce 3 tbsp
Cooking Wine 1 tbsp
Corn starch 2 tsp

  1. Soak Chinese mushrooms with 1 cup of water until soft.  Mix chicken with seasoning mix.
  2. Take some of the mushrooms and arrange at the bottom of a middle-sized bowl. Arrange chicken on top. Arrange the rest of mushrooms on top. Steam over medium heat until done. Pour out all the liquid from steamed chicken. Turn the bowl over a serving plate and take away the bowl, keeping the shape of the molded chicken. Pour the liquid over molded chicken.
