Stir-fried Scallop and Asparagus with Black Bean Garlic Sauce

Beginner's
Ingredients

Scallop (s) 350 g
Asparagus 120 g [sliced]
Carrot (s) 25 g [thinly sliced]
Chili 1/2 pc [Red, cut into pieces]


Marinade

Black Bean Garlic Sauce 2 tbsp
Sugar 1/2 tsp


Directions
  1. Blanch scallop in boiling water.  Drain.
  2. Saute red chili in 2 tbsp oil until fragrant.  Add asparagus, carrot and stir-fry for about 2 minutes.  Stir in scallop, seasoning mix and heat through.
