Stir-fried Turkey with Lychee
Turkey 170 g [meat, cut into pieces]
Canned lychees 120 g1/2 can, drained, halved
Strawberry (ies) 2 pcs [cut into pieces]
Green onion(s) 1 pcs [sectioned]
Premium Oyster Sauce 1 tbsp
Corn starch 1 tsp
Premium Oyster Sauce 1/2 tsp
Canned lychee syrup 2 tbsp
White vinegar 1/2 tbsp
Sugar 1 tbsp
Corn starch 1/2 tsp
- Mix turkey meat with marinade.
- Stir-fry turkey meat in 1 tbsp oil until done. Add sauce mix and heat through. Stir in lychees, strawberries and green onion.
Remarks: Turkey can be replaced by chicken meat.
